Four new courses are now starting. These include Hand Exercises, an autumn course which has been well attended by members of the Arthritis Society. Svava Arnardóttir is offering two new courses: Chronic Pain and My Life Story. The course Trigger Point Release, run by Hekla, is also starting, and will be held once a week for seven weeks.
Hekla Guðmundsdóttir will be running a fascial release course at the Rheumatism Association. The course starts on Friday, 19th September at 10:00 and will run once a week for 7 weeks. Each session is one hour long.
For whom?
For those who want to feel better in their own body and soul.
Course objectives
Relaxing sessions where muscles and connective tissue are massaged with various massage balls, with the aim of calming the nervous system and increasing body awareness. Good relaxation at the end of each session. These exercises help to reduce stress, alleviate pain and muscle tension, as well as improve posture and increase flexibility. Each session includes plenty of instruction.
