Hand exercise and wax

The next courses start on 19 and 20 May and run until 23 and 24 June.

The session begins with a hand wax treatment and relaxation, followed by mobilising and strengthening exercises for the hands and fingers.

Occupational therapist Guðbjörg Guðmundsdóttir leads the course.

Available times:

Tuesdays 11:00 or 12:30

Wednesdays 11:00 or 12:30

On a doctor's referral for physiotherapy, the cost is in accordance with the SÍ fee schedule.
