My life story

Join a six-week group course for people who want to delve into themselves and the interconnectedness of things. What is our existence and how can we live a meaningful life? The course is led by Svava Arnardóttir, an occupational therapist, and consists of discussions, education and a variety of tools.

It costs 45,000 kr. However, with a doctor's referral for physiotherapy, the cost may be reduced in accordance with the SI (Sickness Insurance of Iceland) tariff.

The course is held at Brekkhúsum 1, the premises of the Rheumatism Association.
