Massage balls – medium size

The balls come as a pair in a net; they can be used individually or together, as the net keeps them together. The massage balls are not hard and give way during the massage, making it easier for you to work at a gentle pace and calm your nervous system. It is not advisable to store them where they can be exposed to sunlight, as this may cause them to dry out. They can be washed with a mild soap and rinsed with warm water.
